On holiday a couple of weeks ago I bought two of Do-Crafts Goody bags and in one of them was some felt.
Now I have never used felt before but there was a small sheet with some samples on including a card with a felt rose.
I decided to make a small Christmas card but instead of making a Rose I made a Poinsettia and was very pleased with how easy it was to cut felt using a die here is the card.

I bought the set of Tonic dies this week and they came on Saturday so I just had to have a play with them. They are   lovely to use and I think they are the best punches I have.
Here is the card I made using one set and matching punch.

Baby cards

I was asked to make three baby cards each for a different member of the same family.
The first  one which is for the mother I have used an Anna Maria iris folding image, I do like iris folding.

The second is for the grand mother and this time I used my dies. I've made this version quite a few times and still love it.

The last card is for the Great grandparents and again I have used my dies but a couple of new ones.
The Congratulations, romper suits on the line and the pram. they are all memory dies.

My final card is for a friend at my work who retires next week.

She challenged me a couple of years ago as to I couldn't make a crad in her hobby. When I asked her what her hobby was and knowing she didn't have one of the usual ones the answer" Hunky Men".

Guess who was able to make a card for her!!!  So knowing about this "hobby" I made her retireing card using one of the images from a Fee cd.

Hope you like the result.

60th birthday

It was my son in laws mums 60th birthday 2 weeks ago so she had a party to celebrate.

I made this for her. It is a Ladybug stamp from the Wrinklies set. They are great stamps for a certain age.

Daughters card

Thought it was about time I posted some cards I've been busy making.

The first is my daughters birthday card. I have used both spellbinders and Marianne dies and a crafts too folder.  Loved making this and am going to do more in this way.
I finished it with some flowers.

Thankyou for looking. x
