Joyful

Is it just me who has a box of little bits "just in case"? Well for this card I have used just the said pieces and stamped a Ruby Fairies image.
The layout I have used was from Digi Stamp Boutique and the colours are from Colour Create
I have stamped the image then coloured it with pro markers and sacura glitter pen on the wings.
I've then distressed the edges and this was a first for me then mounted it onto different card and papers.
To finish I have used 3 flowers the pink one having a fluffy middle and used pearly doddles in the corners.
Thank-you for looking.

Wedding cards

I was asked how much notice did I need to make a card and when I asked what for it was 2 wedding cards. So I said yes I'll do them then the next day asked when for..............Saturday!  Well I managed to do them.

This first one is a topper and backing paper from a Rob Adams cd.
I have used gold mirri card to mount the topper and strip onto then finished off with 2 Arrum lillies that I have added glitter to.

The second is a Forever Friends Decoupage from a cd. I have embossed some white pearl paper and trimmed it with a Martha Stewart punch. I have used a strip of ribbon from my stash, mounted the topper onto mirri card then mounted all onto more mirri card.
To finish off I have glittered the topper added a flower and jewels and a sentiment.

Doggie Birthday

Here is a birthday card for a male colleague who likes dogs.
The image is one of Karen's Doodles coloured in with pro-markers
The back-ground has been printed from a Chris Warner cd so I might just put it in for the cd challenge.
The rest of the papers were in my oddments box waiting to be used up and the buttons I found in a tub in the bottom of my cupboard along with the string.
I just finished it off with peel-off's which I've not used for a while. I've been useing glitter glue instead.
The lay-out is from Sugar Bowl.
Thank-you for looking.

Grand-daughter

As I said in my other thread I am a great Auntie to a girl at last, and this is the card I made for my sister and brother in law. After 5 boys there is now a girl.
The yellow is linen look card then I mounted a plaid paper first followed by a pink which I embossed with dots. I then found the flower paper in my bit box so punched one side and stuck a row of teddies along the bottom. The image is from a mini decoupage booklet and I mounted it onto a Nellie Snellen die that I bought in Holland from her shop.I finished off with glitter glue and put gems in the flower centres and larger ones in the corners then finally added a little bow.
Thanks for looking.

Back to Normal

Well I'm back from my travels now and getting back into some kind of routine.  Had a great time in Holland and then met my new Great Niece back home.
I did make a couple of cards in between but didn't get round to posting them so here is the first one. I was asked to make a card with " Heighland Coos" and for all you non-scots that is Highland Cows!LOL
I went across to the west side of Scotland to visit a friend and managed to take some photos of the cows when we went for a drive out. The result was this card. What a bonny face these cows have and just stood there for me to take the pictures.
Hope you like them.
